Turf Bar
Located at the Hotel Ashburton, this public bar reflects the relaxed, casual country atmosphere of Ashburton. Being close neighbours to the racecourse, we’ve adopted a bit of a racing theme and the bar has:
- Big screen TV
- Sky Sports channels
- TAB facility for racing and sports betting
- A gaming room with 18 jackpot machines
- Pool table
- Dart Board
- Juke Box
On Friday nights we have a "Happy Hour" which features raffles. Afterwards you can join in the country atmosphere watching the rugby on the big screen T.V. We're also the home base for the Ashburton Demons Softball team.
